In our moment as children, our body has yet produce detoxifying enzymes in significant quantities. Different condition is met in adults’ body. At adult age body already produce enough quantity of detoxifying enzymes. This condition has make baby and children vulnerable to external threats. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One of the threats for children body can come from pesticides. Chemical from pesticides can be a serious threat on children’s health.  Below are some reasons how pesticides work as threats on children’s health. Pesticides&#8217; chemical substances may disrupt the brain and other internal or external organ. Hormones regulation can also be disrupted by the chemical in blood. Due to children’s small body the chemical contain in bloods are likely at large. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Baby’s or children’s curiosity to taste every thing they can eat have make them more vulnerable to another chemical and bacteria. Pesticides can poison the children from agricultural drift activity. Agricultural drift is a pest control by spraying pesticides by aero plane. Adults can bring the pesticides danger by their clothes as well. Contaminated food also acts as pesticides carrier also.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">State University toxicologist is launching a five-year study on pesticide’s effects on children. The research is aim to have a better knowledge on the effects of agricultural chemicals on human nervous system. Hopefully the research’s results will provide us better understanding on the use of pesticides.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Weight controlling has become an important issue. With today’s unhealthy instant meals and stressful activity people get obese easily. One of the ways in weight control is by diet. Unfortunately most people fail in dieting. There is little reason why people fail in diet. Two of them are because diet change people routine drastically, and diet is considered as a burden.  Failing in diet might cause the weight bouncing up and down just like a yoyo. The conditions above act as de-motivational factors.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">No-diet method is one alternative to diet method. In no-diet method reorganization is being made. Reorganization in this method is done by reducing food consumption and doing moderate workout.  With only emphasizing in two aspects the program would not change your life pattern drastically. That characteristic makes the method easier to start and maintain.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Reducing food consumption can be done by applying food portion management and diet meal plan. Need to be noted that reducing is totally different with nothing. Weight is easily lost just by re-arrange on how we eat and what to eat.  Moderate work out can be done easily just by doing 30 minutes of jogging. You can do it 20 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon.  You can do it everyday.  Just by those activities above you already re-arrange your life and exercising daily. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The first step in to better or greater is by taking things seriously. This will applied also in achieving health. By taking health as a serious concern you will be able to move yourself to change. Serious can be obtained by imagining on the things you might accomplish and bad effects when you don’t.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You might aim for the big changes and worried it cannot be achieved. This happens to most people also. The trick is to divide it into small changes that can be achieved one by one easily. If you are going to the top of the mountain, take it step by step.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Don’t walk the alley alone. Get some support from family members, friends or your partner in gym. If you can’t find them support you, then hire a personal trainer. They will give you support and encouragement to go all through the way.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You already have your aim targeted and supporter. Now is the time to make a plan of action. Planning is a part your success in achieving health. Planning is your steps to the top.</p>

On that reason we can conclude that kidneys are very importance to health.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kidneys are shaped like bean. Kidneys are taking a role as body’s waste disposal. Kidneys are separating harmful elements from the beneficial one contained in blood. By doing this body is avoided from harmful elements and still getting the elements that useful. The body will circulate clean and healthy blood.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Most people do not realize that kidneys work very hard every day.  Some even takes full care after his kidneys gone wrong. Here are the importance of kidneys in our body; eliminating toxic wastes, regulating the blood’s composition, stabilizing blood pressure, maintaining the blood’s acid-base, maintaining of ions and other vital substances in the blood, improving the red blood cells’ production, regulating sufficient water, controlling the body’s ideal calcium level. </p>

To avoid this we have to lighten the work of the kidneys. The efforts can be a proper diet, and taking regular exercise. By this the risk of kidneys failure is decreases.</p>
