This training session focuses on European funding for projects
outside the 25 member states of the European Union |
After these two days you will be able to: |

distinguish between
the different types of EU funding for projects outside the EU
member states:
- regional programmes: ACP (African Caribbean and Pacific),
ALA (Latin America and Asia), MEDA (Southern Mediterranean),
TACIS (New Independent States), Phare (Romania, Bulgaria), CARDS
(South-East Europe), and also EU-US, Canada, Australia.
- thematic programmes: democracy and human rights, co-financing
with NGOs, food security, environment and forests, antipersonnel
landmines, gender, health.

| This
session will alternate presentations, exchanges and workshops,
guided by
two experienced trainers and practitioners.
