Each country has many companies that offer insurance for patients in the hospital. It helps the senior citizens to get a good care when they are in hospital. In America, there is Medicare that is dedicated for 65 years old and older patient that must stay in hospital one or more days. There are two parts of Medicare which each part has own scope and the patients can choose one of the parts.
One of the Medicare parts is medicare part a. This part covers the hospital expenses for the patients. You only get the insurance when you stay in hospital. It covers a semi-private room, meals, general nursing care, and you are not allowed to use private care. This kind of insurance doesn’t cover doctor’s services expense also. If you want to get insurance to cover doctor’s services, you can choose the part B.
This medical insurance can help the old people to get good care with less money. Each country has responsibility to keep their citizens healthy. With this insurance many old people can get good care when they suffer a disease. Although the helping is maybe only some expenses, but it have been able to help them. Now, they don’t need to worry that they can’t be treated.
